It made me cry. My kitties weren’t affected, thankfully, but so many other people’s kitties were… And I read in the WSJ that one-in-six animals in a test group got sick and died from that food.

I can’t believe they’re only claiming 16 pet deaths, seems like we’ve heard more just on this board.

It’s so sad.

LATEST PET FOOD UPDATE: They are saying it was rat poison in the food. That is the latest and I am not sure if it has been confirmed or not. Really want to know how it got in there.

I pour this out for our fallen 4-legged comrades. I hope no one in the cheezburger community was affected.

(I had some Natural Choice pouches with the offending UPC code … but different date. Whew)
