I THINK I know where this picture may have come from, after all these years of shedding tears. There is a photographer out in a port city in Israel who is documenting the lives of a colony of feral cats out there. Every once in a while, he will post pictures on the Wunderground Weather website, which has fabulous photo galleries done by mostly amateurs and some pros that are posting stuff that is different from what they normally do for a living. He tries to show empathy and respect for the little lost ones, but knows that he can’t save them all. The setting this baby is in and the quality of the light makes me think it is one of his pictures.

i have 7 cats at my place (in a big cat person) and it just brakes my hart to see a poo kittypi be treted like. every day you see cat on my street walking arond one time i saw a blak mama cat with three babys behind her. i know its hard but please adopt the kittys at the westland humane sysiedy they have so many cats not anof room that is were i got all 7 of my cats they r so nice one of my cats turend 15 this year.
