I don’t know… kinda falls flat, if you think about it.

It’s equivalent to dressing the cat in pilgrim clothes, or clogs and a bonnet, or a nazi uniform, and captioning it, “Look guise, I’m white!”

People belong to specific nations. ‘You’re german, he’s jamaican, she’s cantonese, he’s american, they’re cree, he’s oneida, we’re potawatomi, etc, etc, etc…’

The costume looks like it could be based on post-contact woodlands ojibway dress.

And besides. : ) North america still isn’t india. ; )

Hey you don’t know if they’re are White… not everyone with pale skin is White (the White ones having a bad relationship with Native Americans), and not everyone with darker skin in an Indian… Historically, Whites (and Blacks) were all created in the 1500’s as a rationalization (after religious rationalization was abandoned) for what was going on in the Americas.

I think it’s adorable and funny. I just don’t understand why the cat, who is dressed like a Native American, thinks he’s an Indian? Could it have something to do with that guy 500 years ago who went to his grave thinking he sailed to India, when in fact he made it less than half way there?
